Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) held its eighth annual general meeting on Friday, Ashoj 23, at Anupam Foodland and Banquet in Battisputali, Kathmandu, where shareholders approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends. The meeting was chaired by board chairman Mahesh Prasad Dahal and attended by directors, Chief Executive Officer Krishna Bahadur Adhikari, other bank officials and shareholders.
