Tuins have begun operating between Pairebesi in Rasuwa and Shantibazar in Kispang Rural Municipality-5, Nuwakot, restoring a connection after road access was blocked for 44 days by the Bhotekoshi flood of Bhadra 10.
The tuins started operating on Wednesday. Their operation is intended to ease movement for residents of Uttargaya Rural Municipality, whose wards 1, 2 and 3 had been cut off from transport access.
Route reconnects communities in Rasuwa and Nuwakot
The route links Pairebesi in Rasuwa with Shantibazar in Nuwakot. The 44-day disruption followed the Bhotekoshi flood, which blocked road access along the section.
