The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted three construction companies on the recommendation of the Road Division Office in Jumla for violating contract terms. The companies have been barred for periods ranging from two to three years under Section 63(1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063.
The companies named are Shankarmali Nirman Sewa of Kathmandu, Man Shahi Nirman Sewa of Kalikot, and Kashyap Nirman Sewa and Suppliers. The reports identify Dan Bahadur Karki as the main person of Shankarmali Nirman Sewa and Surya Bahadur Shahi as the main person of Man Shahi Nirman Sewa.
