A study subcommittee examining the procurement of uniforms for election (temporary) police, Nepal Police and the Armed Police Force has unanimously approved a 19-point work procedure.
The subcommittee endorsed the procedure at its first meeting on Wednesday at Singha Durbar in Kathmandu. All members signed the document, according to subcommittee chair and Rastriya Swatantra Party lawmaker Manish Jha.
Review of procurement documents
Jha said the documents received by the subcommittee would be examined within a limited time. The subcommittee is tasked with studying uniform procurement for the three forces.
