Police in Birgunj, Parsa, seized goods worth an estimated Rs 1.4 million that had been brought from India while evading customs, according to the District Police Office, Parsa.
The goods, including mobile phones, cosmetics and apples, were recovered from Gandak Chowk in Birgunj Metropolitan City-14.
Among the seized items were three Apple iPhone 17 units and one iPhone 15, valued together at Rs 552,210.
