Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) spokesperson and House of Representatives member Jagadish Kharel said the party launched its ‘We Are Coming’ campaign to move away from the political practice of seeking votes only during elections.
Speaking at a programme organised by RSP Dhading in Dhadingbesi on Tuesday, Kharel said the campaign aims to understand people’s problems and expectations, as well as their views of their representatives. The remarks were reported on October 6, 2026, by Nagarik News and Ratopati.
Purpose of the ‘We Are Coming’ campaign
Kharel said the campaign is intended to help the party connect directly with people and learn what they expect from their representatives. He said it seeks to end the tendency of political parties approaching voters only during election periods.
The programme was held in Dhadingbesi and organised by RSP Dhading.
