Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chairman Ravi Lamichhane said the current government would not fall and would complete its full term. He made the remarks at the opening ceremony of the 15th Nepali Congress general convention in Kathmandu on Sunday.
Lamichhane said those spreading rumours that the government was weak and would collapse would themselves fall. He also said politics limited to speeches, slogans and manifestos was no longer enough.
Nepali Congress convention opens in Kathmandu
The convention opening ceremony was held at Bhrikutimandap and Khulamanch in Kathmandu on Ashoj 18.
