Police Rescue 42 Indian Workers Stranded at Rautahat Brick Kiln

Police rescued 42 Indian nationals who were stranded at a brick kiln in Laxmipur, Gujara Municipality-5, Rautahat, after their contractor became unreachable. The workers were safely transported back to their home country, according to the District Police Office, Rautahat.

Basanta Gautam, the office’s information officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police, said the group included 12 men, 11 women, 10 boys and nine others.

Workers stranded after contractor became unreachable

The workers had come to the brick kiln for employment. They were left stranded when they could no longer reach their contractor, prompting police to intervene and arrange their return.

Police confirmed that all 42 workers were transported safely.
