Passenger pressure has surged on flights between Pokhara and Jomsom after floods and landslides blocked the road linking Pokhara to Mustang via Beni in Myagdi.
Jomsom Airport chief Bishwanath Sharma said the limited number of flights is making it difficult to manage the increased passenger load.
Airlines operating the route
Twin Otter aircraft operated by Tara Air and Summit Air are serving the Pokhara-Jomsom route. Each airline is operating five flights daily, according to Sharma.
The flights have become a key travel option while the road connection remains blocked.
