A newly constructed 15-bed basic hospital in Kurintar, Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-4, Chitwan, has started providing health services. The facility was built with Rs 145 million in funding from the federal government, according to Rural Municipality Chairperson Dan Bahadur Gurung.
The hospital had previously been operating from an older building on the premises of the rural municipality office. It also handles road accident cases from the Prithvi Highway and the Narayangadh-Muglin road section.
