The Nepali Congress will hold its 15th General Convention in a technology-friendly manner, with most information and promotional materials shared digitally across the country, party spokesperson Devraj Chalise said.
Speaking at a press conference at the party’s central office in Sanepa, Chalise said around 100 digital boards would be used to publicize the convention. He also urged candidates to avoid promotional materials that could harm the environment.
Digital promotion planned nationwide
The party plans to disseminate most convention-related information and publicity materials through digital channels. Around 100 digital boards will support the promotional campaign across the country.
Restrictions on materials at the venue
Chalise said promotional materials would not be pasted at the convention venue, except at the main entrance. He urged candidates to choose environmentally friendly ways to promote their campaigns.
