Voting at the Nepali Congress convention has been postponed again, with the election committee announcing that balloting will begin at 7 am on Friday.
The latest schedule follows earlier plans to start voting on Thursday. Election committee member-secretary Raju Katuwal said the committee had planned to begin at 2:30 pm, with the senior-most voter casting the first ballot.
Earlier voting schedules
An earlier plan had set the start time for 2 pm. Ranjit Karna, an inclusive candidate for vice-president, said the election committee had agreed on that timing with the office-bearer candidates.
The committee has now moved the start of voting to Friday morning.
