The closed session of the Nepali Congress 15th General Convention has begun in Kathmandu. Delegates have been divided into three clusters: Himal, Pahad and Madhes-Tarai, with discussions starting in the Pahad cluster.
The session began after the party's central committee meeting approved the agenda to be presented to delegates. The closed session is being held in three halls at Khulamanch.

Delegates are taking part in discussions in the three clusters:
- Himal
- Pahad, where discussions have started
- Madhes-Tarai
The agenda for the closed session was passed at the central committee meeting before the session began.
