More than 732,000 people in Sudurpaschim Province were enrolled in the health insurance scheme as of the end of Bhadra, according to the Health Insurance Board’s Sudurpaschim office.
The office reported that 732,752 people had joined the scheme. Provincial coordinator Janak Bahadur Saud said Kailali had the highest number of enrollees among the districts listed.
Enrolment by district
Kailali had 361,979 people enrolled, followed by Kanchanpur with 87,087 and Achham with 67,308. Bajhang recorded 52,211 enrollees, while Bajura had more than 45,000.
