Morang Administration Monitors 4,600 Organisations Over Lapsed Renewals

The District Administration Office in Morang has begun monitoring around 4,600 organisations whose registrations have not been renewed for years. Some have remained inactive for more than five years, prompting the administration to check whether they are still operating or exist only on paper.

The office has given the organisations a two-month deadline to update their details and confirm their status. New registrations have also been halted as part of the process.

Two-month deadline for organisations

Organisations covered by the monitoring process must provide updated information within two months. The administration is seeking to establish which groups remain active and which have stopped operating.

The review includes organisations that have gone years without renewing their registration, including some inactive for more than five years.

New registrations halted

The District Administration Office has stopped accepting new registrations while the monitoring process is under way. The administration is using the period to review the status of existing organisations in Morang.
