Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Biraj Bhakta Shrestha inspected the Hetauda-Dhalkebar 400 kV substation and received a briefing on construction progress for two multi-circuit towers on the transmission line.
Shrestha directed officials to complete the tower work on time, describing the project as the backbone of the country's energy sector. The transmission line, which has been stalled for about 12 years, is expected to come into operation right after Dashain.

The minister's inspection focused on the substation and the two towers currently under construction. Their timely completion is a key step toward bringing the 400 kV transmission line into operation, according to the project update provided during the visit.
