Construction of the Matatirtha–Chobhar 132 kV transmission line has been completed in Kathmandu. The roughly six-kilometre line is scheduled to be charged from Friday.
Once operational, the line will add an alternative route to the national transmission system. It is expected to make electricity supply management in the Kathmandu Valley more reliable and easier.
