A nine-member subcommittee formed to study the procurement of uniforms for the Election Police, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force Nepal is set to hold its first meeting today at 2 pm.
The subcommittee is led by Manish Jha, a lawmaker from the National Independent Party. It was formed on October 2 by the Public Accounts Committee under the House of Representatives.
Preliminary discussions on uniform procurement
The meeting will conduct preliminary discussions, according to the subcommittee secretariat. The subcommittee is tasked with studying the procurement of uniforms for the three security forces.
