The Lamichhane Foundation has donated Rs 10.7 million to families affected by flooding in the Bhotekoshi River area. The UK Charity Commission-registered organisation deposited £51,727 into the bank account of the Nepali Embassy in London on Thursday.
The donation was handed over at a ceremony at the embassy attended by foundation president Ravindra Jung Lamichhane, a London-based fashion entrepreneur.

The contribution is intended to assist families affected by flooding in the Bhotekoshi River. The foundation is led by Lamichhane, who was present at the embassy ceremony.
