Sudarshan Khadka, secretary of the Province Assembly Secretariat, said the meeting was called by order of the Speaker under Rule 6 of the Province Assembly Regulations, 2074, as part of the Assembly's ninth session. The meeting had been postponed on 22 Bhadra until further notice.
