A seven-point commitment letter has been issued in Khotang to help ensure that Dashain, Tihar and Chhath are celebrated safely and with dignity.
The letter was released at an all-party and all-stakeholder meeting organised by the District Security Committee Khotang on Monday at the District Administration Office in Diktel. Representatives of concerned agencies and political parties took part in the meeting.
