Kettukum Libang Pangpat Sayang, a social organization of the Limbu community, has established a Rs 10 million education endowment to support underprivileged students.
The fund will provide scholarships and support higher education, research and skill-based training. It will also help establish a library and study center and provide necessary educational resources.
Fund announced in Kathmandu
The organization announced the endowment on Saturday at an event held at Silauto Cottage in Anamnagar, Kathmandu. It also launched its website at the event.
The endowment is intended to support students through a range of educational opportunities and resources.
