Consumers in the Kathmandu Valley will be able to exchange empty LPG cylinders of any brand for refills under a new arrangement being introduced ahead of the festive season. The system is intended to make LPG gas more accessible during the festivals.
Under the arrangement, customers can hand in an empty cylinder from a company different from the one they usually use and collect a refill from a convenient location. No additional fee will be charged for the exchange.
