Kathmandu Metropolitan City has signed an agreement with the Gaushala Postal Office in Dillibazar to send its correspondence through the postal service.
Under the agreement, the city will dispatch letters, reports, invitations, certificates and parcels addressed to various agencies and individuals by post.
Agreement signed on Friday
The agreement was signed on Friday in the presence of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Chief Administrative Officer Muktiram Aryal. The city’s Administration Department head, Mahesh Kafle, and postal officials signed the deal.
