A bench led by Judge Umesh Prasad Luintel issued the order. Prasai leads the ‘Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizen Protection Campaign’.
The Cyber Bureau arrested Prasai on June 26 following a complaint by lawmaker Rachana Khatiwada over alleged objectionable remarks.
