Kathmandu District Court on Tuesday ordered the release of medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai on Rs 200,000 bail in an electronic transactions case. The order was issued by a bench led by Judge Umesh Prasad Luitel.
Prasai, who leads the Campaign to Protect the Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizens, was arrested by the Cyber Bureau on Asar 12.

The court ordered Prasai’s release on bail while the electronic transactions case proceeds. The bail amount set by the court is Rs 200,000.
