The Judicial Council has recommended Dr. Ratna Bahadur Bagchand, Chandra Bahadur Saru, Janak Pandey and Gokarna Dangi for appointment to the Supreme Court.
The Judicial Council has recommended four High Court judges for appointment to the Supreme Court. The decision was made at a meeting chaired by Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma on Tuesday.
The judges recommended are Dr. Ratna Bahadur Bagchand, Chief Judge of Pokhara High Court, and High Court judges Chandra Bahadur Saru, Janak Pandey and Gokarna Dangi.
According to a Judicial Council member, all those recommended except Bagchand are chief judges of other High Courts.
