Japanese Ambassador to Nepal Maeda Toru and Finance Secretary Ghanshyam Upadhyaya signed and exchanged the notes for the grant assistance on Thursday, according to a press release issued by the Embassy of Japan. The Exchange of Notes was signed on behalf of their respective governments.
