Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has urged voters not to be confused by candidate lists circulating with his name attached, saying they do not represent his official support or recommendation.
In a statement shared on social media, Thapa said the election of the party’s central committee during its 15th general convention is a healthy internal democratic process. He issued the clarification after lists of candidates allegedly linked to him were publicised.
