Four leaders of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal, led by Upendra Yadav, resigned from the party in Kathmandu on October 4, 2026. Their resignations were announced jointly.
The leaders who left the party are former lawmaker Indu Kumari Sharma, central advisory member Md. Yusuf Safi, Central Election Commission and Law Department member Ghanashyam Sharma, and Pushpa Raj Chaman.
