Dhaulagiri Climbing Resumes After Weather Improves

Climbing on Dhaulagiri Himal has resumed after weather conditions improved, according to reports from Myagdi. The climbing team, which had returned from base camp in the first week of Asoj because of adverse weather, went back to base camp once conditions became more favorable.

A rope-fixing team had also been working above Camp Two as climbing activity restarted on the mountain.

The team had withdrawn from base camp amid poor weather before returning when conditions improved. The resumption marks a return to climbing activity on Dhaulagiri, although the reports did not provide further details about the team's schedule.
