Chaturbhuj Bhatta, the father of Deepak Bhatta, filed a complaint with Nepal’s National Human Rights Commission on Friday, seeking protection of his son’s human rights and constitutional fundamental rights.
The complaint was registered at the commission’s office in Pulchowk, Kathmandu. Cases involving Deepak Bhatta remain pending in various courts.
