The Ministry of Communications has signed performance agreements for fiscal year 2083/84 BS in Kathmandu. Minister for Information and Communication Dr. Bikram Timilsina and Communications Secretary Rajendra Kumar Paudel signed an agreement, while heads of ministry divisions and subordinate bodies also signed agreements with the secretary.
Among those signing was Arjun Ghimire, chairman of the Nepal Telecommunications Authority.
