Chief Justice Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma has called for greater use of digital technology in the judiciary, saying it can help ensure transparency, accountability and public trust.
Speaking at a programme organised by the Internet Governance Institute in Kathmandu on Monday, Sharma said technological development has increased interdependence while also creating risks and challenges. He stressed that a strong digital infrastructure is essential for the judiciary to function continuously.
