British Gorkha soldiers and their descendants have called for Nepali citizenship by descent to be continued, urging a constitutional amendment to ensure it.
The demand was raised at a program held on Monday at Samvad Dabali in Kathmandu. Stakeholders at the event also called for citizenship to be continued through an amendment to the Constitution.
