Upgrading work on the 15.58-kilometre Bijauri–Kotheri road in Dang is underway, with drainage construction and culvert installation nearing completion. The road is being blacktopped at a cost of Rs 448.7 million.
The project is being carried out under the Lumbini Province government’s Rural Connectivity Improvement Project. It follows the route from Bijauri through Basdabara, Jamuni, Laxmipur, Dakshin Kurariya and Kanjawar to Kotheri.
