An overhead pedestrian bridge is being built at Babarmahal along the Maitighar–New Baneshwor road section in Kathmandu. Its spans have been installed on both sides, but pedestrians will be able to use it only after stairs are put in place at either end.
The project is being carried out with an investment of Rs 2.5 million from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development. No opening date was provided.
