Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Ashika Tamang has clarified that her husband, Thomas, was not permitted to enter the main temple of Pashupatinath during their visit. She said Thomas reached the temple door, but only she went inside.
Tamang issued the clarification after questions were raised about the couple’s visit to the temple.
What Ashika Tamang said about the visit
Tamang said Thomas stayed outside the main temple because he did not have permission to enter. She clarified that she was the only one who went inside.
