The Armed Police Force seized smuggled goods worth about Rs 1.68 million in separate operations in Parsa and Kanchanpur, including cloth being brought into Nepal on a motorcycle and goods left abandoned after being smuggled from India.
In Parsa, the force recovered goods worth about Rs 1.3 million, including a tractor, and handed them over to the Birgunj Customs Office. The seized items included cloth valued at Rs 251,820, which was being brought into Nepal on a motorcycle through Inarwa in Birgunj Metropolitan City-16, Deputy Superintendent of Armed Police Suraj Kshetri said.

The Armed Police Force’s Border Outpost (BOP) Jimuwa recovered electronics, mobile covers and other goods worth about Rs 380,000 from Tilachaur in Bhimdatta Municipality-10.
The goods had been smuggled from India and left abandoned, according to the details of the operation.
