Nepali Congress leader and House of Representatives member Arjun Narsingh KC has declined to contest any position at the party’s 15th General Convention, saying he has not filed a candidacy for any post.
KC said he would continue to remain active in the party with enthusiasm. He also expressed confidence that the convention would bring an end to factionalism and the division of party shares.
