The Annapurna Circuit trekking route has reopened after snow was cleared from the trail in Mustang. The Thorong La Pass route, which links Manang and Mustang within the Annapurna Conservation Area, reopened on Monday.
About 20 people took part in clearing the snow on the initiative of the Muktinath Hotel Association.

Foreign tourists trek the Annapurna Circuit from Besisahar in Lamjung, travelling through Manang and across the route toward Mustang. The reopening restores access to the Thorong La Pass trail between the two districts.
