Abhipsa Poudel, 18, has registered her candidacy for central member of the Nepali Congress. She filed her nomination on Tuesday at the National Assembly building in Kathmandu during the party’s 15th General Convention.
Poudel is contesting in the youth women’s cluster from Bagmati Province in the geography category.
