The government has begun implementing the report of the Rawal Commission, registering 112 ropani of land in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-4 in the name of the Nepal government.
The commission, formed to investigate and protect government and public land, submitted its report in 2052 BS. Ram Bahadur Rawal served as its chairman.

The Ministry has started bringing government and public land under the government’s name by acting on the commission’s report, after a long delay. The registration of the 112 ropani in Kathmandu-4 is part of that process.
