Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokharel has said the 10th National Games will take place as scheduled and will not be postponed.
Speaking at a meeting of the Games’ main organising committee in Surkhet on Sunday, Pokharel urged people not to harbour doubts about the event. He said the festival of the 10th National Games has already begun.
Minister urges confidence in the Games
Pokharel’s remarks reaffirm that preparations are proceeding with the Games set to go ahead as planned. He called on everyone to have confidence in the event and its schedule.
