Ukraine has received €2.9 billion in economic support from the European Union, according to a statement issued Friday by Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance.
The funds are intended to help maintain the country’s macroeconomic stability and manage priority budget expenditures. They will also support recovery and modernization programs and are expected to accelerate Ukraine’s reform agenda.
