Three prominent Israeli caricaturists visited Nepal from September 28 to 30, 2026, for an artistic and cultural exchange organized and facilitated by the Embassy of Israel in Nepal.
The visiting artists were Nissim Hezkiyau, known as Nusko, Prof. Itamar Daube and Uri Fink. During their three-day visit, an Israeli-Nepali cartoon exhibition was held in Kathmandu.
Artists exchange ideas in Kathmandu
The caricaturists met with Nepali cartoonists, students and artists to share experiences and discuss art, cartoons and visual communication. The visit offered an opportunity for participants to exchange perspectives through the exhibition and conversations with the Israeli artists.
A Nepali report said the artists stayed in Nepal for three days, from Ashoj 12 to 14.
