The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) National Coordination Council Portugal has opened an office in Lisbon to serve the Nepali community in the country.
The office is intended to provide information, services, support and counselling directly to Nepalis in Portugal. NRNA Portugal said the opening comes as the number of Nepalis in the country grows rapidly.
Services for Nepalis in Portugal
The Lisbon office is expected to give community members a place to seek information and assistance. Its stated role includes:
- Providing information and services
- Offering support and counselling
NRNA Portugal also made appointments to various positions, according to the announcement.
