Niranjan Bista has been appointed Chief Attorney of Sudurpaschim Province by Chief Minister Khagaraj Bhatta. Bista took the oath of office and secrecy from Dipayal High Court Chief Justice Dinesh Prasad Yadav, with Province Head Najir Miya Ansari present.
Appointment follows resignation
The post became vacant after former Chief Attorney Thekendra Raj Joshi resigned. Province Head Najir Miya accepted Joshi’s resignation.
