Nepal and Brazil Mark 50 Years of Diplomatic Relations

Nepal and Brazil have marked the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with an exchange of congratulatory messages between their foreign ministers, according to the Embassy of Brazil.

Nepal's Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal and Brazil's Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira exchanged the messages to commemorate the milestone. Khanal praised Brazil's leadership on climate issues and its role in the Global South.

Nepal-Brazil relations

The anniversary marks five decades of diplomatic ties between the two countries. Khanal said Nepal aims to take cooperation and partnership with Brazil to greater heights.
