Nepal and Brazil have exchanged congratulatory messages to mark 50 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The messages were exchanged on the occasion of the golden jubilee of the establishment of their diplomatic ties.
Nepal's Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal and Brazil's Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira sent the messages marking the milestone. Khanal said the two sides would take Nepal-Brazil cooperation and partnership to greater heights.

The exchange marks five decades of formal diplomatic relations between Nepal and Brazil. Both foreign ministers conveyed greetings on the anniversary.
